Services and Programs
The Adult Protective Services (APS) Division’s programs prevent and protect adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, enhance the independence of older adults and individuals with disabilities, and provide financial support to low-income adults in certain long-term care settings.

Adult Services
The Adult Services Program assists adults with an impairment who need services or support to enhance self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life.

Adult Protective Services
APS investigates reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of adults 60 years of age or older and incapacitated adults age 18 or older.

Auxiliary Grant
Auxiliary Grant is an income supplement for individuals who receive Supplemental Security Income and certain other aged, blind or disabled individuals.
