Adult Protective Services Document Repository

The Adult Protective Services (APS) Division oversees two service programs, Adult Services and APS and one benefit program, Auxiliary Grant, that support some of Virginia’s most vulnerable adults. The Division’s programs help prevent and protect adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation and enhance the independence of older adults and individuals with disabilities, as well as provide financial support to low-income adults in certain long-term care settings.
