In order to obtain access to the EES-LTESS Requisitioning System, the applicant must:
                    1. Successfully complete the DSA Annual Information Security  Awareness Training. Learning Center

                    3. Read, Sign and Submit the Acceptable Use Policy and Agreement (AUPA).Download AUPA                                
                    4. Complete, Sign, and Submit the EES-LTESS Internet System Access Form. Download EES-LTESS Internet System Access Form
